Resumo

O texto apresenta o resultado do primeiro Laudo Arteterapêutico Jurídico do Brasil realizado a partir da leitura de desenhos de um serial killer. O objetivo deste artigo é relatar a experiência da entrevista realizada com o acusado e a leitura dos desenhos encontrados em sua pose no momento da detenção, para fins de auxiliar na interpretação e elaboração do laudo, propiciando entendimentos em relação à história de vida do sujeito e suas conflitivas, auxiliando na compreensão do magistrado sobre o processo em questão. O relato se refere a um brasileiro, adulto jovem, solteiro, sexo masculino, atualmente preso por homicídios de crianças e adolescentes, ocultação de cadáveres e, em alguns casos, violência sexual post-mortem. Procura-se mostrar os significados dos sete desenhos que fizeram parte do processo judicial e que cobram importância ao trazer à tona conteúdos internos do assassino. A avaliação dos desenhos foi feita mediante duas leituras, uma do próprio acusado que referiu gostar de desenhar, outra pela Leitura Transtextual Singular de Imagens (ORMEZZANO, 2009). Pode-se observar na leitura dos desenhos sinais de um sujeito sem capacidade de empatia, com sintomas de psicopatia havendo repetida manifestação de uma negação dos conteúdos inconscientes, levando-o por diversas vezes à um comportamento ambíguo que ora ocupa o papel de vítima, ora ocupa o papel de algoz. Nesse sentido, esta experiência pode contribuir de modo relevante para as múltiplas áreas que realizam interfaces nas ciências forenses e de saúde mental.

Abstract

The text presents the result of the first Legal Art Therapy Report of Brazil realized the reading of drawings of a serial killer. The objective of this article is to report the experience of the interview conducted with the accused and the reading of the drawings founded with him at the time of arrest. In order to assist in the interpretation and elaboration of the report, providing understandings regarding the subjects life history and his conflicts, helping the magistrates understanding of the process in question. The report refers to a Brazilian, single, male, young man, currently imprisoned for homicides of children and adolescents, concealment of corpses and, in some cases, post-mortem sexual violence. It tries to show the meanings of the seven drawings that were part of the judicial process and that take importance when bringing to the surface internal contents of the assassin. The evaluation of the drawings was done through two readings, one of the accused that said to enjoy drawing, the other by the Singular Transtextual Reading of Images (ORMEZZANO, 2009). Is possible tobserve in the reading of the drawings some signs of a subject without capacity of empathy, with symptoms of psychopathy having repeated manifestation of a negation of the unconscious contents, taking it several times to an ambiguous behavior that sometimes occupies the role of the victim or of the tormentor. In this sense, this experience can contribute in a relevant way to the multiple areas that perform interfaces in the forensic and mental health science.
