Resumo
O sangue pode ser encontrado de diversas formas nos locais de crime: coagulado, seco, em manchas, esfregaços, e depositados em diferentes superfícies A detecção e a confirmação do sangue com testes laboratoriais auxilia a polícia científica na identificação do criminoso, da vítima e na compreensão da dinâmica do fato. O Feca Cult One Step, um teste específico para detecção de hemoglobina humana, tem bastante utilidade no laboratório e também em cena de crime por apresentar praticidade e rapidez. Devido à alta sensibilidade desse teste, a pesquisa foi desenvolvida com o intuito de avaliar se algum fator poderia interferir no resultado e prejudicar a elucidação de um crime. Para a realização da técnica coletou-se sangue venoso de quatro doadores. Em seguida, os sangues doados foram depositados sobre vinte e quatro substratos diferentes (beterraba, gelatina em pó vermelha, suco artificial em pó, terra roxa, terra escura, madeira, asfalto, moedas (R$ 0,05, 0,10, 0,25, 0,50 e 1,00), chá-preto com canela, chá-verde, carne bovina, folha vegetal, areia, fumo de palheiro, tecido de jeans escuro, ferrugem, plástico com ímã, hipoclorito, detergente e alvejante). Devido à sensibilidade do teste imunocromatografico utilizado, os resultados foram compatíveis com o esperado. No entanto, alguns testes apresentaram resultados falsos-negativos e falsos-positivos. Além desses resultados que prejudicam o desempenho do teste, erros técnicos na coleta das amostras, o contato prolongado com agentes químicos e a diluição em excesso das manchas de sangue são interferentes que devem ser considerados ao utilizar o Feca Cult One Step.

Abstract
Blood can be found in various forms at crime sites: clotted, dried, stained, smeared and deposited on different surfaces. The detection and confirmation of blood with laboratory tests helps the scientific police in the identification of the criminal, victim, and the in the comprehension of the dynamics of facts. The Feca Cult One Step, a specific test for detecting human hemoglobin, is very useful in the laboratory and also for crime scenes because it is a practical and fast analysis. Due to the high sensitivity of this test, the research was developed with the purpose of evaluating if any factor could interfere in the result and affect the elucidation of a crime. For the technique, it was collect venous blood from four donors. Then donated blood was deposited on twenty-four different substrates (beet, red powder gelatin, artificial juice in powder, purple earth, soil, wood, asphalt, coins (R$ 0.05, 0.10, 0.25, 0.50 and 1.00), black tea with cinnamon, green tea, beef, leaf, sand, straw smoke, dark denim fabric, rust, plastic with magnet, hypochlorite, detergent and bleach). Due to the accuracy of the immunochromatographic test, the results were compatible with the expected results. However, some tests presented false-negative and false-positive results. In addition to these results that impair performance of the test, technical errors at the time of sample collection, prolonged contact with chemical agents, and excessive dilution of blood spots are interferences that should be considered when using Feca Cult One Step on identification of human blood.
